UAD 3.6 discussion

Because I had to go out the neighborhood to get large size comp, it may cause problems when I do the price range on 2nd page and 1004MC.
Reviewers just look at the 1004MC to correspond to page 2. Silly but that's how they look at it.
Instead of staying in subject's neighborhood, I will go further out to do capture the price range to correspond to page 2.
This is what I have to deal with in following these UAD forms. Not relevant to my appraised value.
I hope the new UAD forms won't make it worse.

McKissock is now offering, in oct, a 7 hour webinar on da uad 3.6. Gotta bite the pain bullet and take it. 7 hours, can't wait for the pain to begin in my head. At least it counts for continuing ed, and isn't the nth time i have taken the same course.

Not lifting a finger for a year..

The refi orders have started and I'm getting too busy. Got to absorb the cash now. It's all about the money and nothing else. If in a year from now the learning of the "database ecosystem" annoys me and the cash isn't easily enough accumulated... I'll move into better lifespan increasing cash flowing hacks.

Todays bread is on the table. The extra I earn from not wasting time on the "dynamic database ecosystem" will be invested in AI stock so I can make money.

In other words, one of our biggest clients has now pushed back "Implementation of the UAD 3.6 Abomination" to the very month we anticipate going on vacation (and into semi-semi-retirement where our modest goal will be to make 1/10th $ per week that we made in 2020-21).

(The Fannie Bureaucrats may laugh, but if enough of the other independent appraisers who kept them in their jobs in 2020-21 by working 17/7 for two years in a row to keep the mortgage system running do the same .... well, the turn times for this ... THING ... that they created ain't gonna be pretty!)

That gives me plenty of time for the webinar and then it may take 6 months to do a template. But i am going to be the leader in doing it, or end up in a mental hospital.

The problem is that ... McKissock is NOT your software provider ... the new "form" looks great on the Fannie site, but not so great on the evolving software providers side ... as yet ...

Dam, I was just happy that they had a new class that i haven't taken 10 times. Just an after thought here about learning the new improved faster uad 3.6.
