I worked at the bank and was exposed to more different properties than you can imagine - 5+ apt buildings, commercial properties even a "massage" parlor.
And if you did the old 1073 form, you would remember the supplemental pages to supplement that form.
Now we don't have the supplemental pages cutting down on the pages for our Fannie appraisal reports. So much easier for the reader than to search the many other pages attached to main report.
So if you had all of that commercial experience, why are you only a CR. You had a degree so why didn't you become a CG

How did you derive the adjustments in your "massage parlor sales comparison approach", exactly?
Don't worry Mike. It's just like when Marty McFly tried to warn Doc Brown when he was in the past, with a letter, about his impending doom from the libyans in the future....Fernando from his old banking days.... has "the list" of adjustments.

I could have gotten a CG. I first got the CR and was planning to get a CG in which I was going to ask for higher salary.
Unfortunately, I left the bank before I got the CG.
I have no regrets. I enjoy doing residential appraisals more than commercials.

Yeah, I would be in the Commercial threads complaining about the issues and forms using the commercial forms. I could but it's been decade since I did commercial appraisals.
Maybe I was traumatized when the bank auditors didn't like my appraisals.
