I hope nothing bad happened.
I Don't know the man but when anyone spend years on public forums attacking industry leaders by their real names while they hide behind a face mask and a weird AKAs bad things can happen in life.

We always teach that we don't have to agree with a industry leader or his agency employee policies but personal attack's on them, their employer or family are over the line of decency and professional practice.

I hope he/she AKA no name can get the issue settled so they can move on with their life. It's Probably best for them to quit and stay off fake book and other social media platforms.

There are other possible explanations. We've lost a lot of members over the years due to the combative environment or because of retirement or death or health issues.

I believe in having the highest moral and ethical standards of most any profession. I have no problem calling out those in this profession that don’t. Doesn’t matter if they are thought of as industry leaders or not.

Yeah but we don't know how many
taken down by openly attacking and doxxing the names of Employees of
the Banks, GSEs, Agencies, AMC owners and just not having any common sense.

But Rule number one is unless you have enough money to back up your big mouth
it's best to lay low or only fight with the little dogs and other broke appraisers.

The new more better uad3 will seperate the appraisers from the avm. And the winner sadly, avm with a knockout.
I think most can pull off another 5 years
if they expand their menus to include maybe desktops and hybrids and take on more AMC assignments. If your young it's probably time to develop a new career or a new business as there's not enough profit in doing appraisals.
