:huh:I am being asked by an AMC to provide a UAD compliant 1004C. I have attempted to explain to them that as far as I know, there is no UAD form for a manufactured home. They are telling me that everthing has to be in UAD format. This is getting to be beyond insanity with the requests like this. Has anyone else been asked to do this? They are telling me to just put it in UAD format. Guess I have to create my own idea of a UAD manufactured home form to comply.

ooops...double sent

Data Delivery Requirements and Effective Date
The UCDP is the common data portal through which lenders will submit electronic appraisal reports for delivery
to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. For all conventional mortgage loans delivered to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac
on or after March 19, 2012, the following eight appraisal report forms must be submitted through the UCDP if
a) the loan application is dated on or after December 1, 2011, and b) an appraisal report is required. The
appraisal report must be submitted through the UCDP before the delivery date of the mortgage loan to Fannie
Mae and/or Freddie Mac and must include all exhibits, addenda, and photographs. The UCDP is available at
eFannieMae.com/FreddieMac.com.

I, also was asked this of one of our clients. While I explained that there was no UAD formatting necessary, I was able to make an xml file for them. That seemed to satisfy them.

Thanks Norton, I'll give that a try but they are claiming it is their client that need it this way. I thought I was paying these guys to stick up for me. Guess not.

Technically, you could produce a UAD complaint 1004C. However you would have NO software support, and have to go through it line by line. If they insist, add about $1,000 to the fee, cause its going to take you a long time. Its a pretty useless exercise though since it can't interface with any of the FNMA systems.

You could produce something that uses UAD abbreviations and acronyms, but it's pretty difficult to comply with something that does not exist. A data specification for the 1004C has not been published.

I think that was my point. You trained me well.....

Tell them you will grunt and strain and even load up on laxitives to try and get that to the.

LOL. Haven't had one MF request in probably a year and just got two MF requests this morning asking for the report in UAD.
