I started my first UAD3.6 template ( to use as my first mock report ) in Total Alamode, and it is not that difficult. I would be lost without the training video that I watched, and have a few questions which I will resolve via their tech support, but it integrates with my signature and other functions stored from 2.6
My advice, as a low-tech person who is interested in getting reports out to clients, is that if one uses existing software they paid for, to learn and do their first UAD 3.6 reports within that software - ( assuming a reputable company has developed it and offers training/ videos and tech support. )- One can switch later after learning UAD 3.6 and trying a software you like better.
Imo, learning a new software and trying UAD3.6 for the first time would be a double learning curve. And no matter what a company promises, the UAD 3.6 drop-down fields will be the same across software platforms because UAD 3.6 is from the GSE, not an individual software provider. Some might come out of the box integrated with AI. Since I am unfamiliar with that, I will not comment or recommend. I would assume most software can adapt to an add-on AI or data fill program- Ask your provider, of course.
Seems less overwhelming to me to learn UAD 3.6 on a current system, and later experiment with other software options.
