Being least racist appraiser, I'm surprise going to lender's portal check, I was called out on no no words.
I looked it over and indicated no need to change my wordings and sent it through overriding computer's check. No call back from lender.
Computers not as smart as humans in understanding context when using no no words.

Based on many of your previous posts over the years, I would say, "You are NOT the least racist appraiser, but, one of the MOST racist appraisers. "
