Could describe them as street corner pharmacists in the neighborhood section of reportbetter than when i stop to take a photo and a young business man runs up to the window to sell his produce
Me stay outta the hood... here it might be a Jehovah Witness...or vacuum cleaner salesman...or bothCould describe them as street corner pharmacists in the neighborhood section of report
Where's your sense of adventure? And you mean you don't have a drone?i no longer go down long rural driveways. sick of explaining myself only to be met with (sometimes) a hard time. screw that, take pic of wall of woods and use an MLS pic.
I let my red headed assistant drive down while I hunkered behind the seat ... No one shoots a red head because if you only wound them, then you're going to die. Don't mess with red headed women.i no longer go down long rural driveways. sick of explaining myself only to be met with (sometimes) a hard time. screw that, take pic of wall of woods and use an MLS pic.
I never did. It's called trespassing. Also don't go down private roads. Police don't care if your client requires original photos.
"Due to a visual obstruction from the public right of way, the photo for comparable sale #X was utilized from Multiple Listing Service. An original photo of the obstructed view has been retained in the appraisal workfile and available on request."

Why not include both?
