No. I am not kidding. Home invasion is far worse crime than carjacking or drive by shooting from the street to a car.

What you might not understand is that you are on a forum with people who do the same job you do. The UPS guy, the mail carriers, the Swans guy, the bus drivers, teachers and other people work in these neighborhoods. Are there some areas to avoid, sure, but for the most part none of us believe the "Danger! Danger!" crowd that comes on here about the dangers of taking a picture.

Don't take assignments in areas that scare you. It is that simple.

Like I said in this thread a bit ago, I was stopped yesterday by a guy who chased me down and ran out from the side and jumped in front of my car so I would have to stop..I should of hit him. I took two other comp photos in an area after he eyed me and he was waiting for me to use the "collector" street to get out of the neighborhood and ran out from the corner when I came out. He was a dbag and aggressive and this was in the suburbs, nice area. Showing off for his fat wife. It can happen anywhere..but Ill take my chances in the burbs than in S Phx (or similar areas) anytime. Have to play the odds.
