Only if the house sells a few days before the listing is inputted to the MLS system when the picture was taken.

It is still the photo they use to sell the property. And the same could be said about the interior photos that appraiser use to judge condition.

I don't inspect all of my comps. Your argument that it is too dangerous to shoot comp photos really rubs me the wrong way. If you are uncomfortable doing the job right, find another job. You can't have too much invested in this career yet.

see post #379. I understand Fannie says we do. Their forms and guidelines. Maybe Franklin Raines can come out of retirement and teach some of those unique accounting tricks.

I wonder if the people who buy houses inspect them before they buy them. They could just go by what is on the MLS.
