USPAP class for the thirteenth time

Only the thirteen time? Rookie.

According to the administrative procedural rules in the state of CO, the USPAP trade book is required to have the current version available to the public by the state library, free of charge. Other states are this way as well. Read your own states administrative procedural rules.

Define extortion. You end up with TAF and USPAP mandatory book sales. I keep writing the educators to stick to educating and stop being book salesmen. The TAF requires them to sell a book with every class.

Clearly you have paid too much. Go with Calypso, one of the last independents, surf their coupons.

Could have picked up all three remaining classes for only just over two hundred, but one of them was not valid in CO right now. Still though, check out the price. McKissock no longer does price matching. That's fine. by by mckissock.

This cycle I completed USPAP online in less than three hours. The cycle before I clocked something two hour and fifteen minutes on mckissock. The trick is to use firefox with browser privacy add ons and strict permissions. This defeats the seat timer. Then if you actually do know the content simply click through all the lessons, sit through the several minute mandatory watch videos, skip straight to the test. Get the answers right you're golden. If you miss anything take the time to write quick notes on the question and correct answer. Click through again and pass. If not for the video's I could probably clock this in an hour and a half. Define course material mastery.

This is funny;

TAF and the ASC are part of the administrative state that needs to be taken apart. 15th Street must be on suicide watch this week.

the cheerleaders are trying to convince me that TAF is a honest org in the dc swamp... :ROFLMAO:

This is funny;

I made the mistake of buying both books, then having to buy the digital version to get credit for the CE class on line. Anybody wanna paper copy?

I doubt that. You seem to think you do but, all I've seen you post are vague claims that USPAP is corrupt, useless, etc. No details about exactly what in USPAP is the problem.
I'll take that challenge.

ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURAL RULES.

(10) No rule shall be relied upon or cited against any person unless, if adopted after May 1, 1959, it has been published and, whether adopted before or after said date, it has been made available to the public in accordance with this section.

12.5) (a) A rule may incorporate by reference all or any part of a code, standard, guideline, or rule that has been adopted by an agency of the United States, this state, or another state, or adopted or published by a nationally recognized organization or association, if:

(III) The code, standard, guideline, or rule is readily available to the public in written or electronic form;

(c) If any agency incorporates or proposes to incorporate any material by reference in a rule and the version or edition of the material to be incorporated has not previously been provided to the state publications depository and distribution center, and if the rule or proposed rule does not identify where the incorporated material is available to the public on the internet at no cost, then the agency shall provide one copy of the material in either paper or electronic format to the state publications depository and distribution center. The state librarian shall retain the copy of the material and shall make the copy available to the public.
___________________________________________________________________________

And so on and so forth. In many many states in the USA, the TAF constant code revisions are in violation of states administrative procedural rules, and the updated versions are technically not legally enforceable because the updated material was never submitted for public review, critical feedback through each state, may not have been available to the public, or current versions are not the versions recognized as the enforceable standard by the state depository or librarian services.

WHY DO WE HAVE TO PAY A HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR THE SAME BOOK OVER AND OVER AGAIN WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC FREE OF CHARGE ONLINE? Are appraisers also not 'members of the public'?

There is your corruption right there. Prove me wrong. Read your own states administrative procedural rules. TAF policies likely violate more state rules than not.

That's definitely a senior moment type of mistake. lol.

Been there done that before. I was too lazy or drank too much, who knows, but for one reason or another I skipped the end of year class I had signed up for and had been a good boy bought the book and everything. For the first decade that was helpful, not anymore. Then I took the USPAP on the very final day of the two year cycle. That's when I learned how to click through for a better time.

Pepsi challenge beat my best online time of 2:15 minutes.

I'll take that challenge.

Oh, you'll get the shills on the forum angry with you.

President-elect Donald Trump announced his plans to completely dismantle the Deep State and return the power to the American people.

Trump wasted no time between defeating failed Democrat presidential candidate Kamala Harris and getting to work on fulfilling his promises before he called for a crackdown on the district of corruption.

In arguably one of the most critical first announcements Trump has made as president-elect, he vowed to immediately reissue the 2020 executive order to restore the president’s authority to remove “rogue bureaucrats aggressively.”

Second, Trump said he would fire all of the corrupt individuals in the country’s national security and intelligence organization so that bureaucrats would no longer be able to target and persecute conservatives and Christians.

“The departments and agencies that have been weaponized will be completely overhauled,” Trump declared.

Third, the incoming 47th president said he would reform FISA courts, and fourth, to expose the abuses of power done so by the left. Trump then announced he would form a Truth and Reconciliation committee to “declassify and publish all documents on Deep State spying, censorship, and corruption.”

Trump also said he would crack down on government workers who collude with the left-wing media to create false narratives. He promised to press federal charges against them if necessary.

Sixth, he plans to make every Inspector General’s Office independent from the departments they oversee to ensure they do not become a part of the Deep State.

Seventh, Trump will create an independent auditing system that will monitor intelligence agencies to make sure they are not spying on Americans or secretly running disinformation campaigns against them.

The president-elect also vowed to relocate parts of the federal bureaucracy to states other than Washington, D.C., or the District of Columbia. Trump moved the Bureau of Land Management to Colorado during his first term.

Ninth, he will ban federal bureaucrats from working at companies they regulate, such as big Pharma and big tech.

And tenth, Trump promised to establish a constitutional amendment to impose term limits on Congress members.

well duh...they had to hire relman to write a better ethics rule :ROFLMAO:
Actually, the ethics requirements of USPAP did not change. The rewrite was to make the language clearer. Try again.
