:clapping: I now have more VA Assignments this month than I did in the entire month of January. Feels great to be doing what i love to do. Will likely cut down on my posting time on the Forum. That will likely make some folks happy.(y)

Couldn't happen to a better guy.:peace:

I just sent an email to the Denver office letting them know I can take a couple more assignments if they need me. I had two cancel and am a little short so far this month.

Don Clark -- I hope you'll at least check in with us once in a while, if only to answer my pleas for guidance.....HA !

I'm really kind of enjoying the pace of this workload. It's just enough to keep busy, but it also allows time to do the thorough research necessary for a good appraisal product. The Fee Increase has made it worthwhile also.

I just finished my 2016 books this afternoon, guess I could start working on my taxes. Too slow for me right now. Of course I was off for almost a month.

Nice Don. I'm creeping up on a year being on the VA panel. Is an email to the RLC the standard protocol to request an increase in weekly volume? Probably takes forever to go through I'm guessing.

And one more follow up question. Is there some type of review at the end of your first year? When approved for the panel, they're pretty adamant that the first year is probationary and you can be removed at any time. At what point can we breathe easy.

The first year is probationary and I am sure there are regular reviews. But, either the VA or the SAR is constantly reviewing our work. Also, a certain percentage is sent to field reviewers. You can request an increase in the number of assignments you believe is appropriate on a weekly basis. What ypu get will depend on whether or not there is a need to do so. If you are in an area where you can expand your geo area you can request that as well, and again, it will depend on the need.

Right now I am as busy as a one legged tap dancers(with apologies to one legged tap dancers).:dancefool:

Got 2 yesterday, one is an LGI. One of the cases from last month that was canceled has been reinstated and a new construction from early Feb is now ready for inspection. Will be busy the rest of the week,:dancefool:still not dancing but walking much better. Fishing my first tournament of the year on the 25th.
