Seven years of $2,800/yr at 3.75% = $17,000.
Oops. I misunderstood. Actually it's $16,962.12.

Which solar system is Uranus in and does it command a premium?
Looking forward to thoroughly digesting this, but my skeptic instincts are already on threat level red.... Valuing High Performance Houses

"The tool “PV (for photovoltaic) Value” is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet developed by Solar Power Electric and Sandia National Laboratories to determine the value of a PV system." Is this similar to the list that shows the percentage for cost versus return for things like kitchen remodels? I think the guy at Restoration Hardware used the same tactic to sell my wife on our living room furniture. "It's not a question of whether you can afford to buy it, it's a question of whether you can afford not to buy it."

The Excel Spreadsheet is essentially a discounted cash flow model built upon variables input based upon a given specific subject information. It does not list "values" as a percentage but rather as a discounted value based upon anticipation and analysis of future benefits.
RE: Value For Solar System...
I think you need a CG and an advanced degree in astrophysics in order to appraise a solar system.
BTW, how many planets?
