No, we are not getting paid (unless we use the referral code thing).
You seem to be conflating two very different things. Having an AI designations has nothing to do with getting a state issued credential. One does not just get a CG because they have an MAI. I had an SRA before there was even such a thing as a CR in my state. No one just handed me a CR because I was an SRA. No one gets handed a CG just because they are an MAINot angry. So when you become an MAI you can then become a certified General appraiser. Right? You can do commercial work right?
Then why is he only a certified residential appraiser in the state of Illinois? Wouldn’t he be a certified general appraiser? He’s got the MAI but is still only a residential appraiser.
So by your logic he can do commercial appraisals because he has an MAI from the institute but the state says he can’t cause he’s only certified residential. Am I not explaining this in elementary terms for you?
I guess you can get your MAI then and just want to stick to residential work?
Thank you for explaining. You seem to be conflating two very different things. Having an AI designations has nothing to do with getting a state issued credential. The vast majority of MAIs are also CGs. That said, there are paths available by which one can become an MAI without be a CG (those paths are outlined on the AI website for anyone who is truly curious).
Actually AI used to allow the MAI designation without a CG license if one took all course work and passed examination and kept up on AI continuing education. The state of Illinois has him as a Certified Residential appraiser NOT a certified general. So how can you have your MAI with AI but only a certified residential with the state?
As Usual Robot Dude says things without verifying his sourses. I'm surprised that someone hasn't sued him biggley and that AKA isn't hiding who he really is. Lmao)are you really going to pay a 197 bucks to the snake oil salesmen and women...![]()
