Most likely an appraiser who accepts very low fees and wants to make money by doing no work. A proper field review will take 8 hours where I am so they want someone to work for $3.13/hour.

It appears this guy is another piece of garbage.

I thought it was a violation/infraction to post companies telephone numbers and emails on this forum.
I was told it was ok to a post a link which referenced someones information, but not actually include it in a post.

It is against forum rules to post personal information sent through correspondence because there is a sense of privacy. This is ten keystrokes of google. But I will ask Head Surfer to confirm.

You are correct.....I edited the posts, web sites are copyrighted and only a link is allowed on here.

The guy is still a detriment to our profession IMNSHO.

I appreciate your due diligence. The only reason I questioned it is because I received an infraction on this forum after copy and pasting something on someones public profile on Active Rain. The slime bag said that he hired retired appraisers to give comp checks to ensure loan brokers "deals worked". It was a public profile that anyone could access by just a google search, but I got an infraction saying that it was a copyright violation.

Maybe more like a semi-benevolent dictator. But that can be a very effective management style.
