Next question even though the first one about signatures is still standing?

The conversion program removes some comments off of the URAR and places them on an Addendum page. Moved comments might include items like deferred maintenance. Will this "mish mash" summary pick up these comments which were moved to a several page long addendum, or will the computer just consider them background noise when populating this new mish mash summary to send to the lender?

EXACTLY my concern TJ... much of my reasoning and clarification is written in an addendum. Does the lender ever SEE this? Hell... do they even care???????
Oh and the phone 'chimp' title I picked up somewhere on this forum! - Phone MONKEY is the proper name but I feel chimp has a little more class.

ANYWAY, I hope you can make it here on the 23rd for the meeting... I just got an email reminder - they are diligently spreading the word:

See you there. At the last meeting they had to bring in extra seating(folding chairs). Let the board know in advance so they can plan. Maybe we could use the Richmond Stadium:clapping:

OOPS! THERE IS NO BOARD MEETING ON JULY 23, 2008 ON THE SECHEDULE. THE NEXT MEETING IS IN AUGUST???????

WHERE DID YOU GET INFORMATION ABOUT jULY 23, 2008?

This is a committee meeting, chaired by I believe, Pat Turner, regarding the portals and how they are effecting our appraisals and what the state board wants to do about that. Basically if I understand correctly, there is a potential change to state rules re: using these portals etc. Pat wants lots of appraisers there to show how few of us really know what is happening to the parts of our appraisals when we hit the "send" button.

Will be glad to discuss with you in private, if you want more info.

It would have been helpful if all appraisers had been notified:shrug:

Communication, in any profession, is vital to understanding.

Didn't know anything about it until a phone call about something else and the meeting came up. Unfortunately I will be observing oceanwater that week from the beautiful beaches of the Outer Banks.

I might be there too, over that weekend. I have a place in Kitty Hawk.

But, I am going to make all possible effort to be at the meeting, even if it is being kept secret.m2:

The real question is where can you place that disclaimer in the report so that it doesn't go missing when the report is converted?

Place it on the 3rd page for additinal comments. I have about 4 nice little senetcnes that goes in every report.

The meeting is not a secret, it is open to the public. I would wlecome each and every one of, I am excited to meet some of you that have said you are coming. Many of you have had my respect from afar for a long time

I was wondering, if I send a report that is reformated by another software program, that is for FHA, and it changes the order of my comments in the "newly created addendum", an FHA requirement (I do believe-correct me if I am mistaken please) that the addendum must follow the exact order of the URAR, in regards to the order, for the comments in the addendum, is the "newly created report" FHA compliant?

I wonder? If I only write two sentences on the neighborhood or others section of my form. Does that go strait to "See Addendum" When converted?
