I provide front-end report setup for appraisers. I have 5 years of residential assistant experience and two years of commercial assistant experience.
I handle MLS input, subject/comps, and formatting in both ClickForms and TOTAL (a la mode).
I’m USPAP certified and have completed the Principles and Procedures courses, so I understand the process and the importance of accuracy.
I focus on clean, consistent setups that are easy to review and finalize.
