Have gotten about 6 emails today that are a virus . My first one came from 'Source One Services, Inc' and AMC. Then several others with different lender names as the originator.
The subject line for each is either

"Re Details"
"Re Thank You"
"Re Re Details"

etc.

They all have an attachement......do not open them.

Source Once Services is aware of problem and is working it.

been hit with supposed addresses of ffiec and frb, both banking/appraisal related. This is a targeted assault. Update your virus lists.

:o I've been getting the exact same emails from people I do not know of. Must be a really wide spread problem. However, even with Norton, I do not open ANY emails with attachments that are not from my trusted clients, friends, or family.

Okay, thanks Richard. That 'splains alot. It is getting irritating..... crazy e-mails every hour. :eyecrazy:

Thank you.....my assistant's computer got the virus..mine did not. Guess I have a good firewall.

we recieved 3 today from "Postmaster"
they looked like the none deliverable emails I get everyday.
I opened one and the email address, addressee and return address were not famliar, delete delete
this is getting very bothersome

I got the "Postmaster" thing too.

I must have gotten at least 8-10 of these today. They aren't from lenders or AMC's though - just people I don't know. Luckily my virus software caught them all.
