Walked through the wrong house, again.

I was doing a 2nd floor vacant condo and the address from the lender was wrong. I did find a lockbox on the stairwell railing and got the key. I tried to open the front door and the key would not work. So, I went back downstairs and put the key back and then I noticed a 20 something girl on the balcony. She started screaming and asking why I am trying to break into her house. I was trying to explain who I was, but she kept on screaming so much, I walked away. I went to go take my comp photos and was walking back to my car to call the agent and I bump right into the same girl downstairs on the walkway. Oh my gosh, you would think I was stabbing her with all the screaming she was doing. I did remain calm and tried again to explain who I was and even show her my order form. Finally I could not take the noise any longer and asked her (ok yelled) to shut up for a second, but that did not work. Several neighbors came outside and I did tell them who I was, which was good enough for them, and they went back inside. I heard police sirens and knew they were for me so I waited in the parking lot. Anyhow the police did show up shortly and after verifying my credentials and order form, got a good laugh out of it.

Ok, so maybe the question should have been..."who hasn't entered the wrong house?".

Inspected the right house, but went to the wrong clerks office for vitals (property was right on the town line and had the neighboring towns zip). Took about 2 hours of annoying the lady in the office before we realized what was up.
