Does this website collect data? I don't, so I'm asking.

Have you considered starting this type of business?

Who's working with iron or stamped metal? I need a step plate that can just tie into the 2 screws behind the plate. Cut me out a nice one, finished well and smooth, and I'll pay what you want me to pay. I probably would not be the only one who wants to buy it anyways. Want a quick net biz?

I guess Marvin Heemeyer is no longer available.

Sounds like a good excuse to buy a new tool or 2, and a trip to Harbor Freight is in order, Trout. :icon_mrgreen:

Use my hands and build something myself? Where does one purchase enough self confidence to pull that off?

A nice metal rectangle, with 3 slats like blinds open. Each slat 2" long, and super thin.

See it from ground level, conceals the plate from up high.

Yep, it's going to come to that. I think the kick plate is better, but then again, it depends on what kind of car you have. You could buy a fresnel lense for 10 bucks at office depot, and cut it into a rectangle, if you wanted that item for a more affordable price.

Seriously, the Loover. WHo knows how to read patents? What's going on with the patent, I don't understand all the little details there.
