Was just told to remove "places of worship"

It is generally a positive on marketability where I live. I am in bible belt. Security seems to be way tighter near a place of worship. Some have their own security and police seem to be more protective around a place of worship.

Well lit places. Some are just shotgun houses but we know whose house it is.

Every now and then somebody burns one or breaks in and steals things. It happens.

Place of worship is generally a positive on marketability on single family where I work.

I work a pretty big market on single family residential.

I understand the snark, but "non-secular" is not accurate.
The individual who did my tax work for years accompanied me to buy new wheels n tires at a franchise shop where he had an account. I overheard the converstion, "Sorry R but we are unable to accommodate your request for exempt status as a religious organization." His reply, "But I'm a jew." [Unsure if it was funny or tagic. Same guy who charged me $3,000 to form my corporation, which I found out later required about 1 hour orf work and a $75 state fee.0

I have done places of worship and only did cost approach. Me and another guy in town were like the go to on an appraisal for place of worship. I got connections with all the brokers that worked the market and the other appraiser did too. We talked frequently.

Cost approach and sales comparison approach are it on place of worship.

I got to meet many good people doing places of worship. I am thankful for the time spent. Got paid well.

So far i have never gotten any comment on saying Temple university, a very big university. But i have direct lenders only.

What if the church, house of worship, place of gathering, special use facility, cult animal sacrifice dwelling... whatever... is cater-corner to the subject property and affects value?
HOWEVER, as noted on the AF a few years ago, the quasi-commercial implications of being located in proximity to a church is that for the most part, the large, well-maintained property functions only one day a week consequently posing a positive externality unlike 99% of other similar improvements....

Reading your post early this morning, without my eye glasses, I thought your post read "God paid well." I'm thinking: good work if you can get it!!!! LOL
