Wasp Nest As Safety Issue For FHA?

Hornet nests can be an issue. But recommend pest control and go on.

if the wasp nest is considered an insect infestation you can explain and make report subject to removal of it by appropriate professional. otherwise can mention it. in report as you did. infestation is considered a health/safety issue, whether a right outside garage door wasp net qualifies as that is questionable .

Wait until dark. Spray it good with the Raid and run back inside.
In the AM use the high pressure hose nozzle to knock it down.
Ship to Washington. Done.

A wasp nest does not affect the property like termites or carpenter ants or the health like vermin and they are a temporary thing. It may ha e been empty. Therefore, I would only mention it if I have to explain why I didn’t inspect something I should have.

If it requires fire to kill them all, then yes I would consider that a safety issue.

I do the Raid and then smack with a corn broom as they exit. Been lucky so far.

If you arrive at a property and the owner has a pit bull fenced in the backyard, do condition the report to the removal of the dog because its a health and safety risk? Stop sweating the small stuff.
