I agree with Lee Ann, keep it simple. Link to each state with courses offered; when, where, by whom, plus details available at separate links. I checked out some other educator's sites, most were confusing and time-consuming to look through. McKissock's was pretty good- user friendly easy to navigate.
I envision a calendar for each state. Listing links for each class would appear under each calendar week day as a descriptive class name(weekend courses should be banned IMO, some schools have classes that include Sunday attendance uggghh). When you click on the class name link you get details of the class (ie. who offers it, how much, how long, where, maybe even a link to sign up online, etc.). Classes under location seems to be the best format, as most appraisers don't want to travel all over their state for a CE class unless it is really a good one (unless they want to make a tax deductible vacation out of the class).
*By the way, I posted here so that we could get some other appraiser input, as opposed to just my perspective.
