I dig Coesters site. Curious to know if you made that word order form or was that part of the site design?

Cute site, but no contact information on the home page. Loan officers don't want to hunt for the information to place an order. They want to pop your contact information into their system and fax the order. Very few will hunt beyond your home page for that information.

CP is 100% correct. It is about convenience for them lazy style MB's.

Sometimes, they will need to contact every appraiser in the county, so pppleasa develop your site to simply respect them for laziness.

Glad to help. I often talk with clients on the phone who are staring at my web page and have read nothing beyond my phone number. They like the other stuff when I point it out to them, but fundamentally they were looking for contact information.
