I am amazed at how much appraisers are resistant to change! I was an appraiser for 13 years and I don't remember being that way!

Of course I remember that when we first started using computers instead of typewriters to do our appraisals. The oldtimers were the last to get computers. I guess the older you get the more set in your ways you get.

Not saying you're old, I am sure I am one of the older ones here. :mrgreen:

Sorry, but bah humbug. Too busy, too many gadgets. I liked the old system for viewing much better. I usually like changes, but this is drastic to me. I don't care about font color or emoticons. I liked the old system because it was quick, easy to read and simplistic. This could be an ender for me. I feel like such a party pooper.

I usually embrace changes. I keep the most current alamode software, I am constantly buying new toys, but this is hard for me to embrace. Heck, I don't even know if I am responding to your post.

The dial up may be a bit slower (although I did not notice it) but haveing all of the posts displayed without having to open each is much better. This allows for much faster scanning of the topics.

Thanks Wayne for all you've done.

Been going back to all the first recorded posts and its fun to see the topics being addressed a few years ago and the same names back then as now.

Wish I could access the old forum and read the topics and thoughts from years ago and how they've changed.
