A former corporate trainer in “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion,” or DEI, says the industry must perpetuate racism and see it “where it doesn’t exist” because that is the sole basis for its highly lucrative business.

“Think about it: If you’re making all that money off of racism, the last think you want is for racism to go away. You’re going to perpetuate it. You’re going to see it where it isn’t,” Erec Smith said as a guest Tuesday on Fox News’ “Jesse Watters Primetime.”

To be exact it was three words: "The Blacks. Really?". - The "Really?" implies you took the phrase "The Blacks" from a previous post and the most prior one was mine. So, it was a good assumption that you were referring to that post. Then on top of that I remember a number of other posts you have made some of which I have also been critical of. The "Really" indicates disagreement with the phrase. Based on your apparent Oregon liberal stance on issues, and your previous posts, you are appear to be part of the Woke movement and that is the context.

This last post of yours is just reactive and meaningless. You are a good candidate for the ignore.

I know the Florence - Coos Bay area well, - but it has been a few years since I last visited. But not yet. Not yet.

- Had a brother-in-law, decades ago, long deceased, grew opium and distributed meth in Florence. Sad story. Smart guy with a Masters - in fact he inherited about $2M of land in Florence back in the 70's or 80's. Got caught and had to flee to Oklahoma before eventually after many years returning to Florence where he passed away at a rather young age staring at a pile of stones in his living room all day long - so I have been told. Florence is a small place. Lots of stories and people involved.
