I really love this forum.

Of course, once I saw what all these acronyms stood for, I realized I am familiar with all of them. Thanks for bringing me up to speed on Appraiserspeak.

GSE's = Government Sponored Enterprise (Fannie/Freddie):)
 
Is there any reason we can't shorten the Ray Miller/Greg job to

RM/GB so it wil fit in with the typical acronyms?

I thought CMA was COMPARABLE Market Analysis...
 
There's a standard Realtor's disclaimer on all CMA's, read the fine print beneath the fancy charts and graphs.

CMA Values are Contingent on Made-up Assumptions.
