The new expanded definitions don't seem to do much better than the original definitions. They don't seem to get what the problem is with the definitions and the ratings.
Obviously the issue is this kitchen was probably renovated around 2000 (25 years ago) . It is renovated compared to a 60's-80's kitchen but is dated compared to new kitchens.
The appliances look relatively new. Doesn't look there is any deferred maintenance needed. Are you confusing quality with condition? Newer kitchens may have upgraded cabinets, granite or quartz countertops with new backsplash and appliances. But I would consider those more into the quality category.
It looks like not in bad shape but wouldn't you guys say it is dated? Looks like a 2000 style kitchen. Maybe late 90's based on the corian countertops.
You people don't live in any old neighborhoods, don't know what a c4 looks like. It's a c3. It has ceiling lights, looks like a newer rehab. It almost looks staged. Was it for sale staged.
Could be a newer rehab or remod.
