We use Classic when describing dated but in good physical condition. LolHere it would be described as "move-in ready" by brokers.

That's the hook..... you don't get that pictured kitchen for 10K.
So funny. Look what popped up at the top my reddit feed.
It is pretty clear. Updated vs dated.![]()

I would call that number "right now" here in CA if that was for real.
Back in the day it was "Mrs. clean lives here".We use Classic when describing dated but in good physical condition. Lol
Then the ad is misleading.... a "remodeled" kitchen is down to the studs, new plumbing and electrical, drywall, tile work, new cabinets, not painted ones. So yes, renovated/upgraded, not remodeled. It's probably about $10k. Didn't replace the cabinets or appliances. Removed the old island and added a new larger island. New countertops and tile backsplash. Painted existing cabinets, removed can lights in the ceiling, primed and painted drywall, new lights and sink. Updated. Not renovated.

Now that I've had a closer look, per the ad, 6K is just for the countertops LOL. I would take the kitchen in your initial post over this one. If the initial post had newer tiled floors, it'd be even better.
Hey it's a very small kitchen...lolIt's not an ad. It is a reddit post by somebody showing their before and after they updated their dated kitchen.
Geez.... I'm being like Fernando not reading stuff LOLIt's not an ad. It is a reddit post by somebody showing their before and after they updated their dated kitchen.
Always blaming on Fernando.Geez.... I'm being like Fernando not reading stuff LOL
I haven’t gotten into it too much, but I did see a sample report of the new UAD. Looked like they took two pages and turned it into about 25 pages. If anybody thinks a reader is going to appreciate having to scroll to page 17 for something that they used to be able to find on one or two pages, I’m not sure what to tell you
But it looks like something id expect a massive bureaucracy would’ve come up with.
