Business casual; the commercial guys/gals tend to be a bit more formal and it also depends on rural versus urban.
I almost always have a collared shirt and either slacks or cackies (sp?) - the idea is that I dress professional without going over board in that I do have to walk through brush and dirty/cluttered yards.
Doesn't anyone else have to climb behind overgrown shrubbery to measure houses? Let's not even talk about the land mines! My uniform is bluejeans and something sturdy to hide my pajama top. I leave the high heeled sneakers and nylons to the realtors; they never measure anything.
Since I do REO's 50% of the time, 50% of the time I wear cargo shorts and a t-shirt, dusty door frames, spider webs, dirty basement stairs, overgrown landscaping don't go well with nice clothes
The other 50% some sort of collared shirt, jeans and or pressed pants/shorts
