Maybe the winner of the 2021 most stupid questions--Nope I give that award to Fernando and Zoe : ) LMAO

Well this is rather embarrassing. I hit the bottle way to soon before coming on here posting questions. Lol. I'm not really sure what my train of thought was, but I was working on a new construction at the time that was 99.5% complete. There was a kitchen island that did not look new or maybe it was damaged during the installation. Not sure if they would repair something like that or just replace it new. There was also a broken mirror and a few other holes/cracks in the "new" sheetrock.

Once again the form proves inadequate for describing the property accurately. Duh.
Does C1 not describe new construction accurately?
No not really. We are expected to describe the condition of the property (all) but the drop down menu for condition specifically refers to kitchen and bathrooms only. Why is that?
