What is an "Appraisal Change Order?"

The only time I ever heard the term "Appraisal Change Order" was when some lowlife MB has tried to get me to just "change the names" on a report, and for free of course.
The site your link goes to makes me cringe. Just what we need more of. An appraiser in the same office and same company as a Realtor and a mortgage broker. Got to wonder how anyone with an ounce of ethics would advertise in such a manner. Incredible.

Shucks darn! Fritz is in New York - and I'm cruzin' for some new players right now - any of you guys got any hot leads in OR?

Doug,
If I come across any you will be the first to know.

To All,

To still be advertising a 704..... (removed for forum compliance purposes)

$50 for a 1004d including an update? (more removed for forum compliance purposes)

Quoting a "Lender Reassignment" at any price? A USPAP violation if that means what I think it means. For $30? (yet again, even more removed for forum compliance purposes)

Webbed.

P.S. Ya know, as much as all the rest of us are constantly fighting to inform users of appraisal services that we cannot do "client name changes," or just "Reassign" real estate appraisals... I don't see how an appraiser's web site statements could be more irresponsible in my opinion. Thanks a lot for shooting the rest of us in the *** Mr. Vogel.

Bankers Choice Appraisals, LLC was founded in 1999 with the unions of a Banker, a Realtor and a Mortgage Broker.
We offer a 2-3 day turnaround, free comparable checks or "Surveys" AND we work weekends!
Just what every LO dreams about.

It's no suprise their "Client List" includes a good percentage of those listed on the Implode-o-Meter.

I recognize the name, isn't he a forum member?

Yes, Mr. Vogel is a forum member. Use the search function to read his previous posts.

Did anyone notice the ones listed under the "D"s. Data Comp & Data Search
