$45 per month plus $300-$400 annual National/State/Local Board of Realtors Fees.

$480 a year in Massachusetts for the MLS PIN.

$576 per year for West Penn Multi List. Lock box key is $75 per year.

$800 which includes $100+/- quarterly plus $415+/- yearly dues

Ours start as low as $300 for the year ($25 per month), however due to our area we are members of five different MLS systems. Our highest is closer to $840 per year.

Wow! Can we trade?

All of our dues are increasing (including NAR, state, and local dues) to about $1800 per year.

I hate my area, I have to pay out to 5 MLS systems. Greater Capital, Greene Co. Columbia-Northern Dutchess Co, Warren Co. Fulton Co., They should all just merge to save resources. I pay $ 2,855. a year in MLS fees. It should be FREE, if houses don't get appraised they don't close, Realtors don't get paid, simple.

Just got my renewal notice for brooklyn MLS.

$2000 per year.

On second thought . we have a great system

After posting before, I remembered that we have a stats program, an automatic download for the 1004MC, and codes for each type of commercial property. Just received the new invoice, but trying to stay positive :) For $1800 a year, it's a deal, right?
