What now for CA appraisers?

If you don't like the laws and gov't then move to a state where you think it will be better. I did. I left CA 4 years ago and it was the best decision I ever made in my life. So glad I don't live there anymore. Love where I am at and my freedom, plus our governor is a rock star. No stupid laws here. No stupid fees and costs of running a business.

I have lived in FL over 25 years and despise DeSantis, but I love Florida. He did nothing for the state, it was booming before he came in.

As far as value hitters, they exist in every state , fwiw I think the fair appraisal law recently made in CA to appease people over their lawsuit, -which is not even resolved yet -is awful.
