Where do ex-MBs go?

I know a MB that went into bartending...he was one of two MBs I actually respected. He's making more money bartending with less strees.

For the rest, I believe there was a scene about what happens to MBs in Dante's Inferno.:)

There is one that has a Hot Dog cart!! I do more business with her now than I did when she was a MB. Another works at Dillards, another at a LA Fitness Center, Another has gone to substitute teaching. One is selling cars, But looking for another job.

Where have all the Trainees & newly licensed Appraisers gone that can't get clients cause the clients are gone??

Foot Note: IF you don't have a client base now, you are NOT going to get any of the GOOD clients.

See why the unemployment figures are bogus. MB's, Appraisers, RE Agents, are NOT included along with many others that are now in the struggling employed group.

I heard about a loan officer who is monitoring chat rooms to investigate appraisers.

What Allison and Karl said plus, back to stripping, working at hooters, landing gigs on reality TV shows, setting up "websites", selling gym club memberships. I'm only sorta kidding.

Based on the faxes we've received lately, a lot of them have brushed up their resumes to become "commercial appraiser trainees". And I guess one has become a "commercial" loan officer, calling my cell wanting a comp check for a shopping center. I don't think he'll EVER be calling me again.

Had a buddy that was a bartender. At that point in my life, he made a whole lot more than I did... really not a bad gig if you don't mind working at night.

The Jerry Springer Show.

Well, if you find yourself in the market for a used car, ask the salesperson if he (she?) can provide you with a "comp check" (vs. Blue Book) value before you purchase. The salesperson's response may provide you with some indication as to where all the MBs have gone.

Can someone remind me how to spell "sanctimonious" correctly before I post?

Mike
