Speaking of pain, I think I may have a sciatic nerve pain on my butt.Probably not since it seems most of your pain is self inflicted
Medical cannabis has the potential to be a safe and effective treatment option when it comes to managing sciatica pain, and all the other unwanted secondary symptoms that come along with it. It is always recommended to speak to a medical cannabis specialist first to ensure you are using it both safely and effectively.Speaking of pain, I think I may have a sciatic nerve pain on my butt.

Prolly your sacroiliac but if sciatic nerve pain, generally will run down the back of your leg...which can do as well if it gets bad enough. "Sacroiliitis (say-kroe-il-e-I-tis) is a painful condition that affects one or both sacroiliac joints. These joints sit where the lower spine and pelvis meet. Sacroiliitis can cause pain and stiffness in the buttocks or lower back, and the pain might go down one or both legs. Standing or sitting for a long time or climbing stairs can make the pain worse." Try some exercises for it - Brad & Bob has a good thing to try -
Speaking from experience, if they think it is your SI - the chiropractor will lay you on your side, pull your knee up towards your chin and shove down on your knee. Often, that will be a noticeable pop going back in place. Doesn't feel real good but better the next day.I called and trying to get treatment. I need to cure this before going on next vacation.
I can't be swimming, snorkeling, and playing on the beach with pain.
I have a tenant who is a chiropractor. Maybe he can help me for free since I haven't raised his rent since preCovid.Speaking from experience, if they think it is your SI - the chiropractor will lay you on your side, pull your knee up towards your chin and shove down on your knee.
