The last field review I did was back in May! Who are you guys getting review orders from? PM me contacts if you don't want to post.

With all the focus on fraud you'd think that I would see more review orders not less!

Nationwide (forget their new name) has them for $100 a pop.

Good manners prevents me from expressing myself on this.

My field review fees start at $335, so I guess skippy gets all the work again!

Imortgage services is $100 and PCVMurcor is $50. :D

I have received a couple from orisyn research. orisyn.com within the past 2 months.

Didn't response to an 'offer' from Imortgage services for a review on a property about 2 hours south (outside my coverage area) for a fee of $100.

Those kind of review fees are sad.

AMC's are a blight on the industry. What on earth is wrong with these Banks
that they cooperate with this kind of stuff. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. Shame, shame.

Our review requests have gone up. Some of my associates are taking them. Some of these things have serious issues...like that's anything new.

I have almost been sued for a field review I did, not by the lender, but the original appraiser. Figure that out when quoting a fee.......
