Who else hates QUICKSOURCE?

I don't like the MLS import option, I would spend too much time making changes when I could have filled out the grid my way in less time. So, Quicksource can just go away as well as the peer comp grid. I don't want to add to their AVM database.

HOW do I TURN IT OFF?

Up on the top right hand corner is a button for Quicksource. Turn it to off!

Quicksource would not benefit me at all. I sent in a tech request asking for them to turn off the constant pop up ads for quick source or to tell me how to stop it. (I’m paying for the license so I should have the right.)

They said the only way to turn it off, is to buy it.

Once I have my comps identified, with the current MLS text import I can download and fill in my comps is less than 3 minutes. I have a template with drop down menus that lets me configure the D/L, so it works with UAD. For example, our MLS lists an FHA sale as "FHA New". So in my drop down menu I use "FHA" in that field.
If they get rid of that, I will probably move on to another vendor.

If there's one thing consistent across the "software world" its that these MoFos (usually 20 or 30-something low life experience whizz kids) a. have little understanding of what their customers want, and b. are always looking for the next "gee, whizz" "improvement" that makes life a nightmare for those of us who just need a simple, consistent system to do our jobs. The telephone and typewriter didn't need any tweaking for 100 years. Now these punks are constantly changing our work tech for absolutely no rhyme or reason other than they like to tinker.... I'd better stop or I'll really get irritated ....

If you're talking to me, you're mistaken. I'm most definitely NOT the "get off my lawn guy".

I am the 6'5" ex-military guy who SLAPS you upside the head as I scream at you to "get off my lawn".

Thanks for the update. I'm on ACI for 20 years and stuck there, for better or worse.
