Who else is dead slow lately?

Back about 15 years or so I was gone for a few months or years, can't remember which, anyway, I missed the mother of all forum fights. There were fee fights, AMC fights, cat fights, boy fights, designation fights, love spats all rolled into one thread. One member even exposed and accused another member of "shacking up" with her mentor in another state, listed names, dates, CHUMS numbers and designations. I regret I didn't get to see it live. I only got bits and pieced of what happened.
This is the Forum Fight we all want. ddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd2222222222222222.jpg

I don't know. Seems like the slap fighting and name calling is quite junior high schoolish, sometime entertaining. The left has perfected that form of debate. You are hitler, end of debate.

. I rarely notice avatars. So when is the brawl going to commence? Who will be the referee? I hope you two will fight fair. :-)
We need a ref who is fair and balanced. Which means no one on this Forum.

Me too, and I don't want it. It is zero cold this morning and I'd rather hibernate until spring.
Also freezing here in Orange County, CA--mid-60's overnight. Brrrrr. Interesting that after living in the bone chilling north east of the USA for decades, I totally forgot about the concept of cold weather after a couple of decades in Southern California--like as a teenager having to carry a cigarette lighter in my pocket for about 5 months of every year, to warm up the door lock so the key could fit, or crawling under the car to install chains for a 5-mile drive to work. [No bugs here either after a decade in NOLA where HUGE roaches would fly through the bedroom at night.]

Have no one on ignore, especially Fernando, since many of his posts on appraisal methods he uses reminds me of what not to do
Tend to agree at first thought, although lots n lots of time I'll be driving somewhere and remember a "questionable" Fernando post from a few days in the past--and a new, creative perspective of a challenging issue will present itself based on his prior comments. He's also not afraid to express his perspective regardless that most folks avoid the fear of being vulnerable. Only thing Fernardo ever said that I questioned--other than his dubious political views--pertains to his ability to use the same comps in multiple reports over time, because I've used only about 5 comps from previous assignment during the past 1000 assignments within about 15 miles.
