Michael Mann resigned as a provost of U Penn after a gross mischaracterization of Charlie Kirk... he should be in the State Penn. He owes the Ball family $1MM in Canada after losing a lawsuit there and now owes near that in a court case he lost in DC. He has no intention of paying a dime. The man is a joke.

He should be forced to at least pay the lawyers, and the courts could force that by making both sides put up bonds.
