Overlooked or intentional?

Maybe they didn't even go to the property? Those two front shots, the one with and without the car, look like they were taken from two different MLS postings..... they don't look like the same day.

One is listing pic the other is the appraisal pic to show location of deck.

Oh, okay.... Well, as Mae West stated in one of her movies, and I think it applies to appraisals...

"It's better to be looked over than to be overlooked".

Most likely an oversight. The normal course of business is to alert the appraiser to the inconsistencies and ask them to address/revise.

Why are you concerned? Most houses have decks, porches, and patios, so they tend to null out.

Looks like a 3 year old appraisal. Is there an issue now. I would question a Q3,C3 house with single pane aluminum windows. Don't get much cheaper than that.

Correct and items that were deliberately left out because they did not meet FHA minimum property requirements are still being discovered. This appraisal listed zero repair requirements. Can you clarify what a Q3 C3 means?
