Are you talking about “shagging” your neighbor’s sheep? “Shag” dancing may be a dance form in parts of the US, but I suspect you’re alluding to the traditional Scottish term which is hardly a dance, more like a barnyard quickie without foreplay. To each his own.

The reduction in property tax revenue is going to be devastating.

Why do you think the morons in charge have promised to waive or fast track a lot of permits. They need the cash from taxes.

OTOH, at the cost of land out there, I'd guess that there's only about a 50% loss of revenue. Expensive land will still bring in a lot of property tax $$$.
