Are you talking about “shagging” your neighbor’s sheep? “Shag” dancing may be a dance form in parts of the US, but I suspect you’re alluding to the traditional Scottish term which is hardly a dance, more like a barnyard quickie without foreplay. To each his own. :-)

The reduction in property tax revenue is going to be devastating.
Why do you think the morons in charge have promised to waive or fast track a lot of permits. They need the cash from taxes.

OTOH, at the cost of land out there, I'd guess that there's only about a 50% loss of revenue. Expensive land will still bring in a lot of property tax $$$.
