Wild Fires In LA

Yet - There were PRIVATE donations of $100 million FOR THE VICTIMS, yet none has been received by the victims.

The organizations receiving those funds for distribution should be held accountable, right? Can’t we agree on that?

Never let a crisis go to waste.

How were they supposed to be distributed? What was the official wording? Because it could be that people thought the $$ was going directly to the victims, but in reality a 3rd party would get the money and then distribute it. I haven't seen any where that its being, mis spent, but also that very few individuals got much directly.

AI: Where did Fireaid money go? primarily going to non-profit organizations that are providing direct support to fire-affected communities. This includes assistance with emergency housing, food, trauma counseling, financial relief, childcare, and animal welfare. A portion of the funds are also allocated for long-term recovery efforts like financial and housing stability, mental health services, and community infrastructure.

The $100 million raised by FireAid, a benefit concert for Los Angeles wildfire victims, was intended to be distributed to nonprofit organizations, not directly to individuals affected by the fires. These non-profits were then tasked with providing various forms of aid, including interim housing, financial counseling, mental health services, and resource distribution.

So half has been distributed already and I think I saw the second half in in the process of going out.

Also remember that the amount raised is less than 1/10 of one percent of what is estimated to be the recovery cost.

The total cost to rebuild after the recent Los Angeles wildfires is estimated to be between $250 and $275 billion. This figure includes the cost of rebuilding homes and businesses, as well as the broader economic impacts of displacement, business disruption, and other factors.

Someone is just trying to stir the pot. The $100 million was never supposed to go directly to individuals.

It appears to be an issue with transparency, as nobody knows where the money went once the non-profits got their hands on it. Another shining star for Newsom's tiara.

By the time this is over, many years from now, we'll find out that the vast majority of the donations went to 'overhead and salaries' for the political hacks appointed by newson, et.al. That is...if we can actually find out. Transparency is not the friend of non-profits and NGO's.

You know, like the Clinton Global fund whose "donations" from around the world stopped when Hillary got her ugly azz kicked by DT.

Don't you mean like the Trump Foundation?

But all during the concert they said that donations would go directly to the victims. Celebrity after celebrity stood on that stage and said just that. $6.5M went to the government of L.A. You can kiss that $6.5M goodbye. So far $75M has been given out to 188 different non profits. What could possibly go wrong when you spread that money out like that. Some of the non profits are also new non profits that didn't exist before Fire Aid. You don't find that suspicious?

So how's the construction coming along after the fires there.
Are there enough construction workers to rebuild?

What construction. Only a handful of permits have been approved. There is a shortage of CONTRACTORS. You know the companies that actually manage the process and workers. You just can't go down to the local Home Depot and load a bunch of illegals up and tell them to go to it

Yes, the cheap workers are all back in mexico.
All them houses burning with all the toxic smoke settling on the ground. 1 house easy to rebuild, but there is an environmental issue now there to.

Sorta like being the only house finished in a bankrupt development. I wouldn't want to be the 1st few houses. The wealthy is a different story.

Please provide sales similar to the subject's toxic and vacant location. Ehhh, there are no resales, they all burned down.
