You should check with the Florida regulator regarding restricted reports. In my state, for example, they do not qualify for experience hours as they are deemed to contain insufficient summary/analysis (and therefore cannot be evaluated by the state for work experience purposes).
Yes, as usual, Denis is right. It doesn't matter what we say or what Oregon says. Check with your State, as they always have the last word.
 
Ask the state. If you don't have a time sheet here, any co-signatures in my state, half the allowable hours.
 
kinda doubt someone fresh into their training could complete a report in 8 hours. seasoned appraisers regularly post 6-8 hours per report here all the time. well maybe depending on who trains them and how many steps they skip..

Thanks for the feedback. Completely agree with the points made. Ultimately, the state of FL does have the final say. But, with that being said, the state has given very generalized guidance. I was just looking to compare notes on what is being done in other states that offer direction in further detail. Thanks again.
