Working class neighborhood

My guess is you like sitting around grumbling about those who don't work.

None of what I posted is politically driven. And by saying the "PC Police" is just another far right wing trope.
That's BS and you are the one playing games talking about right wing tropes !

I used to like it when you called me to ask me about appraisal things and we spoke of the "old days" in Claremont. You stayed in the safety and comfort of Claremont. I left when I was 17. I guess we diverged somewhere along the different paths.

Where did you get the notion that I was outraged?

My input to this thread has nothing to do with anything other than RE appraisal.
Was referencing J Grant immediately prior to my post.

Well you do not answer your phone in the last two years and or changed your number ? because I have needed your assistance or advice many times. So you are the one who wandered off the trail not me. I have always said you were the go to guy on FHA or Manufactured homes and I have shared this with Denis De-X long before he left the forum - But you went off on some political rants and now its racial issues.

It's not racial in this thread. No where did I say anything about race.

It's all about neighborhood descriptions that use subjective terms.

And yes. My prior cell phone no longer served my needs so I got a new one. PM me and I'll give you the # if you want.

Cheers.

Seems to these tired eyes that when an appraiser strays from objective terms to express a summary of her observations, she's headed for trouble. "Gentrification", "working-class" et al are well understood terms among real estate people, but, were I appraising (and I ain't) I'd try very hard to use objective language, and maybe stick to any changes in inventory; changes in the nature of available housing stock; verfifiable changes in employment and compensation trends; changes in infrastructure that might influence demand/supply relationships.

Seems like the professional approach.
Even if a lot of the residents call themselves a working man.

Rock star. Nice work if you can get it. :clapping:
