Would You Count This As 1 Or 2 Bathrooms?

From the way I've read this, they both are part of the Master Suite. There is another main bathroom for others. There just aren't that many people I will ever let into my 'master suite bathroom'.

Was this home in Carmel?
Nope. South side, Perry Twnshp. Yours sounds an awful lot like mine though.

P.S. I didn't think that we can discriminate by labeling baths his & hers, or Jack & Jill, anymore, now that his & his, hers & hers, Jack & Jack, and Jill & Jill are O.K. and acceptable lifestyles today

Correct and agreed.

Well, I would call it one, just to be difficult. ;) If it is only accessed from the master bedroom then only the people using the master can enjoy the bathrooms.

And Randy....Pet peeve rants are off topic. Please try to stay on topic. ;)

I called it 2 on the double-wide I encountered with the same situation. Even with the interior walls included on the sketch and a nice paragraph of explanation, I still had to explain that "no, I did not make a mistake in my sketch labels".

That scenario would solve the omni-present issue of leaving the seat up, wouldn't it.

I designed a house for a customer who wanted two toilet rooms in the master bath. So, I guess it is not all that uncommon. Bathrooms in custom homes, particularly in the upscale market, can really be lavish. 4 shower heads in a shower room large enough for a child's bedroom, baths that are open to the sleeping area except for half walls, a separate hair washing sink. I have seen many home bathrooms with bidets but none with a urinal. One customer wanted tile walls and floors and a floor drain so the whole room could be hosed down. a hot tub or spa in the master bath.

Did you design any houses that had remote controls for the toilets? Or were all of your projects pre-Ally McBeal?
