It's a known fact that after eating dinner by say 7 PM, don't eat any more until the next day.I think I discovered something about myself. I can eat a hardy breakfast or skip breakfast and have a nice lunch. As long as I don't have anything after four, I lose anywhere from a half to .8 lb. per day. Breakfast is 3 eggs, tatter tots or garlic steak fries, and chicken sausage or organic bacon. Yesterday didn't get breakfast but split a cheese burger and cobb salad at a resturant with the wife. I had a glass of milk and still had my red wine in the evening. I was down .8 lb. this morning and my energy level is high, kicking it in my garage gym.

And here I had visions of you up to your armpits boring and stroking Ukrainian maids all hours of the day. "Fly pulls"? You should hire those done. Just sayin…It's working for me. I get up at five and pack in the calories early. Then I do some chores and writing. Most days I take a 20-minute nap around 12. Then I get up to write until about 3 or 4, then do a 30-to-40-minute workout in the garage. I did my workout earlier today-100 fly pulls.
