A San Francisco liberal, huh? He probably likes red shoes too. I doubt he's going to blame that blister on them. Do you "enjoy" being adjusted by him well enough to run such minor life issues past him?

Not sure if getting old affects me in taking long time to go to sleep. I would lie in bed for like seems like an hour thinking about tomorrow.
I took a Melatonin pill last night and seemed to help. Bottle said 100% drug free. I'm taking one again tonight.

Minor? I want his expert opinion before I have to buy better athletic shoes than my nice looking designer shoes in different colors.

My chiropractor is one of the nicest guy I ever met. He really cares about his patients.
He even suggested me to do meditation which I haven't tried yet. Maybe it will help with my spine issues.
