You know you're getting old when

I fell again this morning.
I was running to throw away something in the trash can outside and I slipped.
I fell on my knees, used my right hand for support but the momentum couldn't stop my head hitting the ground face down.
My right eyebrow bone to the side is swollen. Ugh.
My mind can't keep up with what my body can do. No more rush running for me.

I warned you how to fall the last time to prevent your face from hitting the ground or concrete.
Do you ever do pushups. That your fall position. 2 recent falls is a sign of dementia coming soon.
Stand in front of you interior steps. Then fall forward into a pushup position with both palms hittitg the treads first to cushion the fall. Your arms & knees act like shock obsorbers. Keep your chin up. Learn this method to be instinctual.

Falling 2 times recently is a precursor to a future bad happening to da brain.

I feel on my knees first then I used my right palm to stop the fall.
And I saw with my eyes heading my face for the concrete floor but couldn't stop and closed my eyes. Ouch!

You either learn to fall on 4 points, or your face kisses the concrete. Good post as what you did wrong. Maybe your balance is off. Saw a japanese show on how they improved balance. It was so simple. But i won't tell you.

You know that Fernando doesn't take advice.
