You know you're getting old when

In SF, there are agents that specializes in TIC. Many buyers and agents don't understand them and these specialized agents want to educate other agents and buyers.
More understand, more TIC sales.
Opps, wrong thread. Got confused.
And i don't even have to give my own example of getting old.

Fernando was posting too fast and forgot which Thread he was in.
Oddly Fernando is generally slow except driving but in AF, his mind works fast.
Reminds me of those with Dementia. They may forget but when an old song is played, it triggers past memories.
Must be those past appraisal memories just coming out.

You know you are getting old when you have enough past data about yourself, that you can self analysis past memories for a cause and affect.

I wasn't using a chain saw but I was using my lawn mower.
I was pushing the mower very fast and suddenly it stopped abruptly (did I hit a rock) and my body hit against the handle very hard.
Feels like a cracked the lower rib on my right side. Or internal damage. I don't know. It hurts when I touch it.
I hope after a good night sleep, it won't hurt as much.
I didn't think it was so dangerous cutting the grass. Must be getting old.
I think I will let my gardener do it next time.

Can't sleep. When lying on my right side, it hurts.

God help you if you actually fall, and hit the concrete sidewalk, philsberry doughboy. You prob bruised chest hard, should have iced if right away, then several days later heat. With a rib, the pain comes just breathing. Take asprin to get the inflamation down.

For those who care. I went to the hospital yesterday to check and nothing wrong with me.
Results came back. Xray and many Blood tests were all normal and no broken ribs.
Even though I have the best medical coverage, all that trouble, tests, and pain weren't worth it. If I only let my gardener cut the grass instead of saving $40.
It's a realization that I'm too old to do manual work anymore.

Let me guess, x-rays of your head revealed nothing?
