Could someone be so kind as to pm me the AMC? I didn't know there were any based here, besides in Memphis, and I'm in Tennessee. I don't want to work for them, as they sound cheap. I'm just curious.

Why folks are afraid to post the names of these AMCs that broadcast this crap is beyond me. Are they expecting to eventually stay in their good graces and actually get something resembling a legitimate fee?...please.
 
Very nice response Kevin!

Since the borrower ultimitaly pays for 99.9% of appraisals, why do they even care. I don't know about the rest of you, but the times when a borrower has complained about the fee, it is because their lender is charging them $550 - $600 for my appraisal which is unfortunately not what the lender pays me.

I have no problem posting the name: I40inc.com. They are out of Knoxville, TN. Never did any work for them.
